Paradise Foods Join Wild Life Appeal

Parents and children in Port Moresby who visited the Nature Park today did not only satisfy their sweet tooth but also contributed immensely to the welfare of the Park’s wild life.

All proceeds collected today at the First World Ice Cream Day Celebration will go towards Nature Park’s Wild Life Appeal.

Laga Industries Brand Category Manager Rupeni Igara said today was an opportunity to introduce the new RokRok Brand Ice cream since the merging of Laga Industries and Paradise Foods Limited.

Nature Park initiated the Wild Life Appeal after it struggled to regain financial standing to opening its doors to the public and its commitment to animal welfare, conservation education and research.

CEO of Port Moresby Nature Park, Michell McGeorge is also grateful for other sponsors who have come forward in contributing to the welfare of the park.

The Port Moresby Nature Park derives 70% of its income through public visitation and support from businesses.
