Prime Minister Peter O’Neill yesterday defended the 6billion Chinese loan.
On radio talk show yesterday, Mr O’Neill said the country cannot continue on with band aid maintenance of major infrastructures such as the highlands highway.
And while the economy is strong his government is set on strengthening infrastructure for a growing population.
