“TEAM PNG INSURED” – Tere Alex

PNG will be sending a large contingent of athletes and officials to the Commonwealth Games.

A total of 140 people, including 96 athletes and 46 officials will be leaving our shores on the 15th of July, 2014 for Glasgow, Scotland.

The leading supporter of sport, Pacific MMI has tossed in its support with insurance cover for the team, including the team travelling to the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing this August.

Team PNG Chef de mission Emma Waiwai thanked Pacific MMI Insurance and promised the team will perform to their best.

PNGOC General Secretary Auvita Rapilla shared the same sentiment while noting the good relationship with Pacific MMI as well as its commitment to sports in the country.
