The NBC's Staff and management troubles ended up in Court yesterday.
Terminated and suspended staff took their case to the courts to halt the management from further action.
The Waigani National Court today ruled in favour of the plaintiffs appeal and ordered the management put them back on the pay roll and continue housing for those terminated until the full disciplinary process is complete.
