PNG Defense Force Chief of Staff Colonel Ray Numa has acknowledged outstanding exercises conducted by Naval officers in 2016.
They include Exercise Kakadu in Australia, and the apprehension of 50 illegal Vietnamese fishermen by HMPNGS Seeadler in Milne, last December.
