Nasfund has reached more than 100 members at the Seventh Day Adventist Pastors Central Papua Conference at Mt Diamond in Central Province last week.
Through its Member Service Booths, Nasfund provided on-site services including online platform logins, issuance of Eda Supa forms, member detail updates and general enquiries.
Tubuseria Village SDA Church Pastor Jacob Mavo said having the team stationed at the venue was a good idea.
“From this engagement, pastors have now realized that we do not utilize well some of the services you provide, especially the voluntary contributions platform,” Mavo said.
“Our church has been really great especially in building our retirement savings and we are very blessed.”Mavo said the housing advance product should also be utilized as pastors housing remains a big issue.9-Mile Ridge SDA Church Pastor Samuel James said the mobile booth served pastors from inland parts of Central at their doorstep.
“I loved the service provided and most importantly I was given an ID card on the spot and through the voluntary contributions, I have raised my contribution today,” he said.
Nasfund Employer Engagement Manager Hamilton Riman said there was high traffic during the weeklong engagement, with most participants collecting member detail update forms and registering Eda Supa Accounts.
Riman thanked organizers for inviting Nasfund to bring much-needed services to members’ doorsteps.
