‘MRDC Haus’ Unveiled after K32million Facelift

Pacific Place building in Downtown Port Moresby is now known at MRDC Haus.

This announcement was made with the reopening of the foyer after 12 months of major renovations which cost MRDC K32 million.

The Building is 25 years old, managed by Pacific Property Trust and owned by landowners from the Kutubu oil project.

Upgrades include a brand new foyer with reception area, CCTV and access card only system used on entry of the building and lifts.

Stage two of renovation is currently in order with the upgrading of lifts and construction of a new restaurant on level one.
