Acting Chief Ombudsman, Michael Dick, has been officially sworn in as the Chief Ombudsman.
The swearing-in ceremony was conducted this afternoon at Government House by Governor General, Bob Dadae.
While it was a joyous occasion, the Chief Ombudsman is worried that the public have not had access to the watchdog as doors to their office are still locked.
