The Licensed Based Benefit Sharing Agreement or LBBSA signed in 2009 between the State, Esso Highlands and landowners of Portion 152 expired yesterday.
Chairman of landowner company Papa Resource Development Limited HeniGoro is now calling for a review of the agreement.
Goro says the landowners have missed out on benefits in the last 4 years and have realized their mistakes. They want to see tangible developments this time around.
