First Phase of Rugby League Coaches Clinic Ends

 

The Rugby League Coaches Coaching clinic led by former Kumuls player, David Wesley and PNGRFL Development officer, Toksy Nema has ended phase one.

The program ended in Goroka on Monday with many taking part in the week-long program.

31 coaches participated in the Southern and New Guinea Islands confederates coaching course.

PNGRFL Development officer, Toksy Nema, said a few former Hunters, Kumuls and Intercity Cup players also participated. In the Highlands and

Northern Confederate course, about 26 coaches participated.

Former Kumul and Australian development officer, David Wesley says the course is good for the coaches, and Rugby League in the country.

The 2nd phase will be held in May or June while the last course will be held in September.
