Eye Cancer Patient Pleads for Government to Make Cancer Specialists Available in PNG

A cancer patient at Angau Hospital says the continuous lack of government’s concern towards cancer has caused great depression in most patients.

Benjamin Barnabas, who is currently diagnosed with eye cancer, called on the government to make available specialists in the country.

This came minutes before Angau celebrated World Health Day on the theme Depression today in Lae.
