Environment Conservation & Climate Change Minister Lays Out Plan

Environment Conservation and Climate Change Minister, John Pundari, has laid out a 100-day plan for the Climate Change and Development Authority.

Among immediate priorities is the finalisation of key policies to enable the drawdown of funds from international donors.

Speaking to CCDA staff recently, Minister Pundari encouraged the staff to remain committed to advancing the cause for climate change awareness.

During these initial 100 Days, the National Adaptation Plan is also expected to be finalised, which will then be submitted to the Green Climate Fund to access funding worth USD$3 Million – around K9 Million.
