ELA MOTORS CONTINUES ITS SUPPORT TO THE INNOVATIVE UNIVERSITY OF ENGA

The Chief Executive Officer of Ela Motors Masaru Mikamu was in the Enga Province yesterday to officially present a brand new 25-seater Toyoto coaster bus to the Innovative University of Enga (IUE).

On the ground to receive this timely donation was the IUE Chancellor and Chair of the IUE Council Anna Bais. “IUE is in operation for over one year with more than 800 students from all over PNG , IUE is a National University,” Bais said.

She highlighted that this donation is the third gift from Ela Motors to the university . “First gift was a 25 seater bus gifted to Faculty of Health Sciences assisting our nursing students and lecturers. Second gift was a 5-door land cruiser gifted to Education Faculty assisting the Primary Department lecturers and now the 25 seater bus is gifted to the School of Business & Informatics, which we will be operating next year,” Bais said.

“As chair of IUE Council and on behalf of the Acting President , lecturers, students and the entire University Community, I thank Ela Motors for this wonderful partnership,” acknowledged Bais.

“Thank you Sir Peter Ipatas and the Enga Provincial Government for providing visionary leadership in establishing the IUE in Enga Province,” she said.

The Innovative University of Enga has three different campuses, the Faculty of Health Sciences at Sopas Campus, the Education Faculty at Irelya Campus, and the School of Business and Informatics at the Akom Campus.
