Former Western Province Governor, Dr Bob Danaya, is demanding the National Government, Western Provincial Executive Council and Acting Governor, Roy Bimyama, to rescind the recent appointment of the Western Provincial Administrator.
Danaya said that this is because the timing for the appointment is not right and with the writs issued this week, it’s not done with proper consultation with the people of Western Province.
He added that this appointment is an attempt by the National Government to access the money from the Western Province’s PNG Sustainable Development Program Funds invested in Singapore.
