Credit Corporation, has announced the appointment of Syd Yates as its new Board Chairman.
In an announcement to the Port Moresby Stock Exchange, the company said Yates had been appointed following its Board’s meeting in Port Moresby.
Yates takes over from Johnson Kalo, who had been acting in the position since May.
Yates brings a wealth of experience in banking, finance, and investment, to Credit Corp, having previously been Managing Director & CEO of the financial company, Kina Securities when it listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, and acquired Maybank operations in PNG, both in 2015.
