Education Secretary, Dr. Uke Kombra, says a report for outstanding payments for education contractors is before the National Executive Council.
Contractors told EMTV news, this is a relief for many who have fought for outstanding payments for the last 10 years.
About 10,000 contractors throughout Papua New Guinea fighting for their outstanding payments from the Education Department were happy about the Department’s response.
The outstanding payments are for the rehabilitation work carried out in respective schools in the country dating back 10 years.
