More students will have the opportunity to study in tertiary institutions in the Philippines this year with the help of an international university agency. Kopanto International University Agency says the program is helpful, with students scoring exceptional grades in their studies.
12 students will travel to the Philippines to further their studies in six universities for the 2019 academic year.
International Students Director Mike Mane says the program has started on a slow note, with big impact for students in provinces outside of Port Moresby applying. “Students must be supported to complete their studies, this is an opportunity for many Papua New Guineanean’s,” said Mane.
Kopanto International University Agency is affiliated with six universities in the Philippines. The agency is based in the Simbu Capital, with offices in Mt Hagen and Port Moresby. In 2018, the organization has sent eight students to study in the Philippines.
Interested students can apply online or contact the institution.
Kopanto International University Agency is urging students to consider this opportunity, as strict requirements will apply for screening and selection.
