NASFUND STEPS UP HIGHLANDS ENGAGEMENT IN GOROKA

National Superannuation Fund Limited (Nasfund) has launched an intensive regional engagement drive in Goroka this week, focused on employer recognition, mobile services, and new branch leadership.

Highlands Regional Team Leader Pagel Yawani, joined by the Port Moresby Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement team, presented the 2025 Nasfund Employer Award CEO’s Award (2nd Runner-Up) to Seng Da Trading Limited.

The award recognizes the company’s strong record in timely superannuation contributions and compliance.

Nasfund CEO Rajeev Sharma said regional outreach is key to member education and employer relationships. “Seng Da Trading Limited has set a strong standard for compliance and employee welfare in the Highlands,” Mr Sharma said. “Nasfund remains committed to bringing services closer to members through direct engagement and accessible channels.”

Mr Yawani also introduced the new Goroka Branch leadership: Dessie Livuan as Officer in Charge and Rolland Mell as Second in Charge. “Their appointment strengthens our local capability and ensures prompt, high-quality assistance for members and employers,” Mr Yawani said.

Nasfund will operate a Mobile Service booth at the Agriculture and Trade Festival on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August. Services include balance checks, Member Online registration, biodata updates, benefit inquiries, employer registration, and Eda Supa awareness.

Members and employers are encouraged to visit the booth to meet the new team and access services.
