A Nationally Owned Seafood Business Company has launched it’s first-ever export of Mud crabs to Singapore yesterday.

Company Director, Alphonse Parpa took the opportunity to make his announcement.

Parpa said their first export is live mud crabs brought in from the Gavoune village in Central Province.

Through the company’s recent partnership with the National Fisheries Authority on the live mud crab Export Supply Chain project that provides the avenue for village-based crab harvesters to have access to the markets.

Parpa believes this will open the doors for PNG Market in the fishing business space.

Zavath Seafood Limited Re-Export Office in Singapore is for storing, repackaging and selling fish products to the Asian Markets.
