Election Petitions that were mentioned at the Waigani National Court this morning included petitions against Tari Pori MP, James Marape Hela Governor Philipp Undiau and Esa ‘ala MP Davis Stevens.
These petitions were filed by respective rival candidates, including Francis Potape, Justin Haiara and Gleen Tobewa.
Of the seven petitions that were listed for hearing today, four were for Pre Trial Conference whiles the other three, for Directions Hearing.
These cases went before Justice Colin Makail at the Courts of Disputed Returns.
