Rabaul MP, Dr Allan Marat has returned to East New Britain province following the adjournment of Parliament on Wednesday.
Dr Marat was given a congratulatory welcome by the East New Britain people at the Tokua Airport when he arrived this morning.
Many who gathered to welcome Dr Marat say he has represented the East New Britain people well by promoting the principle of good governance.
