UN Young Professional Programme 2017 Open

The UN Young Professional Programme 2017 is now open for interested individuals to apply.

And Papua New Guinea is among the many country recipients qualified for the programme.

Those interested in applying should be looking at the fields which includes political, peace, and humanitarian network.

The UN Young Professional Programme is a yearly programme that is open every year, to recruit young professionals who wish to pursue a career in different fields of study as civil servants at the UN Secretariat.

Each year, the programme sees an increase in the number of applicants and is estimated to be more than 40,000 per year.

Those interested must be fluent in English or French, must be between 25-32 years of age; and must have a first level university degree in the field they want to apply for.

Only the most successful applicant will be invited to take the Young Professional Programme examination.
