Kapuls Denied Access to Training Grounds

There was an embarrassing situation involving the PNG Men’s national football team occurred today, when the squad was prevented from training at the Bisini Grounds in Port Moresby.

This followed claims made by PNG Sports Foundation that PNGFA have failed to make payments for the use of the facility.

These however have been refuted by PNG’s Football Body.

Attempts to contact PNG Football Association and PNG Sports Foundation were unsuccessful.

Papua New Guinea will face Solomon Islands next month, in their World Cup qualifier campaign.
