Freedom of movement has been on the mind of former West Papuan Refugee, Elias Torip, for over 30 years.
Now that he has his PNG citizenship, he will be able to access services around the country.
Elias was one of many refugees in Western Province who were given special consideration by the National Government to be granted PNG Citizenship last week.
