David Browne’s controversial send off in the recent OFC FIFA qualifiers between PNG and Tahiti has been appealed by PNG Football Association.
PNG Football Association has appealed to soccer’s governing body, FIFA, requesting to amend the obvious errors in the referee’s decision.
