The Hela provincial government has paid more than K300,000 in school fees for Hela students studying at the University of Technology.
Hela Governor, Francis Potape, and members of the Hela provincial government were in Lae for the funeral service of Sir Manasupe Zurenoc, and took time to make the presentation.
