Works Minister Michael Nali has met with East Sepik Governor Allan Bird and West Sepik Governor Tony Wouwou to discuss matters of road development in the Sepik Provinces.
The Minister announced that the Government has prioritised the Sepik Coastal Highway from Wewak to Vanimo and maintenance works will begin once funds are available.
Minister Nali said due to the current state of the country’s economy, the Government will focus now on priority roads like the Highlands Highway, Buluminski Highway, New Britain and Sepik Highways.
