The Bialla District Community Development Centre witnessed the launching of the ‘Sanapim Pos’ ceremony this week.
This project is an initiative for community department in partnership with West New Britain Provincial Administration and the Talasea District Development Authority.
A multi complex and a transit building will be built in Bialla, Talasea District.
The project was launched by the Provincial Administrator, Williamson Hosea and the secretary for Department of Community Development and Religion, Anna Solomon.
Secretary Anna Solomon said the West New Britain administration had met the national community development criteria within the last four months, for the district project to be developed.
The building is a venue for the people to realize and address social problems that can be dealt with, through the community development center.
