Super Value Stores have jumped on board to support the Southern Nine’s Rugby League Tournament.
Today, Wednesday, December 12, SVS handed over bags of rice, along with noodle cartons to the teams taking part in the five-day tournament.
In a short presentation, Southern Nine’s Tournament Director Ivan Ravu confirmed that SVS through Indomie beverages were the only company who stepped in, to assist the event in terms of sponsorship.
It’s been almost a week of training and matches for the teams taking part in the Southern Nines tournament.
SVS Sales & Marketing manager Elmer Furaque said the assistance provided was to keep the tournament going and, and also in appreciation of the teams for putting on a wonderful display of rugby league so far.
Tournament Director, Ivan Ravu, thanked SVS for their kind sponsorship and says the partnership between the Indomie beverages and Southern 9’s will continue to next year.
The tournament is now heading towards its finals with just 1 more round remaining.
