Sports Minister positive about the PNG Games Venue

Sports Minister Justin Tkatchenko has affirmed, the PNG Games Venues in West New Britain province is a working progress, and will be completed in due time.

This comes after questions that were raised regarding on-site preparations.

The minister said, the contractor is on board and the preparations are going well.

Though 90 percent of work has been completed, the only factor slowing down the contractor from doing the remaining work is the weather, as the host province experiences wet season around this time.

He added the National Gaming Control Board has injected K1 million for the course, and he is looking forward to having all sportsmen and women in West New Britain, come March.
