PNG lass Jenni-Sue Arava Hoepper centre for Australian Jillaroos against NZ Ferns in 4 Nations curtain raiser match today

Papua New Guinean Jenni-Sue Arava Hoepper will don the famous green and gold colours with pride today for the Australian Jillaroos, in the curtain raiser prelude to the NRL Four Nations tournament between the Holden Kangaroos and Samoa at WIN Stadium, Wollongong today.

Jenni-Sue from a heritage of Marshall Lagoon and Kairuku, will be starting at inside centre (3) for the Jillaroos with the game scheduled to kickoff at 12:30pm (PNG time).

The Australian Jillaroos (national women’s side) will take on their Trans-Tasman rivals, the New Zealand Ferns, it what is set to be an exciting showdown of women’s rugby league.

The Jillaroos will be meeting up with the Kiwis again, for the first time since winning the World Cup.

Hoepper, is the second Australian representative player from the Central Province (after Will Genia) who debuted for the Australian Jillaroos national women rugby league team in the 2013 Women’s World Cup in the United Kingdom.
