Basketball Federation CEO, Joel Khalu, has told EMTV Sports that 2017 is shaping up to be a massive year, especially for Papua New Guinea to host the inaugural Melanesian Cup Championships in Port Moresby.
Khalu said prior to the event, national championships for both the men’s and women’s will be played in July to select final teams for the event.
