The National Soccer League Competition will kick off for the Southern and Northern Conferences this weekend. Matches will start at 10am this Saturday at designated venues.
In the Southern conference PRK Gulf Komara FC & Central United begin the 2019 NSL Season at the PNG Football Stadium at 10am.
After a brief absence from the competition, Eastern Stars have made a return and will play the young Port Moresby United at 1pm.
At 3pm, FC Bougainville will go up against the in-form Hekari United FC.
Southern Strikers will take on Star Mountain FC on Sunday the 27th of January to finish off round 1 of matches in the Southern Conference.
Morobe Wawens will play Besta United in the second match while defending champions, Toti City Dwellers, will play Morobe United.
These 3 matches will be played in Lae, while the last match of round 1 in the Northern Conference will be played in Madang at the Laiwaden Oval where
The Highlands and New Guinea Islands conferences of the 2019 NSL Season will begin the following weekend.
In the Northern Conference, Markham FC will play Lahi FC at the Sir Ignatius Kilage stadium.
