When he’s not busy guarding the kingdom of Asgard, it turns out that Australian actor Chris Hemsworth, 30, is expanding his little family.
The twins’ names Tristan and Sasha, may be homage to their respective parents’ places of origin as Tristan is a popular Spanish name, whereas Sasha is known as a popular Australian name.
Hemsworth’s 37 year old Spanish wife Elsa Pataky, known for her Fast and the Furious roles, posted a sneak-peek picture to her Instagram page of two tiny pairs of feet with the loving caption; “They are already home. Tristan and Sasha arrived in this world 18 March just after the full moon. Complete happiness!!.”
The famous action star and his wife reside in Los Angeles with their 22-month old daughter India Rose. The announcement of the second pregnancy came in November of last year and the coming arrival of twins was confirmed in January.
The twin boys are the first of the family to be born Americans as India Rose was born in London and their mother, Elsa’s home is in Spain. The parents of the brand new twins have been married three years since their wedding in 2010.
