The National Government’s independent audit on the Community Development Department revealed that two people are paid on the same position.
The audit conducted by the Personnel Management Department saw inconsistency within that Community Development Department.
In an exclusive interview with EMTV, Personnel Management Department Secretary John Kali said; the audit identified inconsistency, relating to staff appointments.
This was a result of the ongoing departmental head saga between Joseph Klapat and Anna Solomon.
Mr Kali explained Solomon’s appointment is supported, while Klapat’s is disregarded.
As part of Personnel Management Department’s data cleanse, all government department’s will switch on to the payroll triple P – ONE PERSON, ONE POSITION, ONE PAY.
Mr Kali said that the Alesco payroll System doesn’t recognise two people paid on one position.
