A Papua New Guinean member of parliament says there is a syndicate approving work permits to Chinese nationals who cannot speak English.
Oro Governor, Gary Juffa, said this after three Chinese nationals were caught in Popondetta with Port Moresby based work permits.
The pictures of their passports were uploaded on social media.
