International Superstars Hit PNG Shores

Grammy Nominee, Mya and Turn Me On superstar, Kevin Little, hit the shores of Papua New Guinea today.

Performing alongside DMP, their visit comes as an initiative of Powes Parkop, in support of a charity organization to raise funds to build schools and provide better education facilities for Babaka Village.

An exciting weekend ahead for the Nation’s Capital, multiple performances lined up, from our wantoks across the ocean, DMP and international superstars, Mya and Kevin Little.

A non-profitable concert, the trio will be performing their top hits, alongside a number of their own renditions.

Governor, Powes Parkop, was ecstatic to come on board sponsoring such a prestigious event, contributing to an even greater cause set to go a long way.

Mya who will be performing her own rendition of her most memorable hit, which rocked the world in 2002, Lady Marmalade, is looking to use the beauty of music to raise funds for “Project Tomorrow”, a cause close to her heart.

Both international superstars, sharing the same passion for providing a better education and future for the less fortunate, will be visiting Babaka village tomorrow for the ultimate PNG experience.

DMP, Kevin Little, and Mya will be performing on Friday night at the Crown Plaza downtown, Port Moresby, and again on Saturday night at The Cosmopolitan. Don’t forget to tune into IMT at 7pm on Friday for the full interview.
