International cricketers to participate in Legends Bash

The 2012 Pacific MMI T20 Legends Bash will begin this Wednesday with the arrival of former test cricketers from Australia, England, Sri Lanka and New Zealand.

The arrival of big names such as Merv Hughes, Graeme Hicks, Adam Hollioake, Aravinda de Silva and Carl Hooper will be a huge boost for the cricket fraternity as they embark on a 5-day tour which sees them take part in cricket clinics and feature in a cricket exhibition.

T20 matches will display skills to the PNG public and also promote the important message of Don’t Drink & Drive by the MVIL.

The 6 franchise teams that will be taking part in this weekend’s Pacific MMI T20 Legends Big Bash have also been named.

The players are in the same teams they were in when they participated in the 2012 Hebou Shield with some minor changes.
