HEBOU PNG Barramundis squad to United Arab Emirates

The Hebou PNG Barramundis will be touring the United Arab Emirates this month, with a 14-man squad.

The team will be led by Skipper, Assad Vala, who has just returned earlier this week from the DTC Hong Kong T20 Blitz.
The majority of the squad are Port Moresby-based, except for Chad Soper who plays in the Sydney 1st grade Cricket for Gordon Cricket Club.

Jack Vare-Kevere and Norman Vanua are the only two inclusions to the HEBOU PNG Barramundis Squad that toured Sydney and Canberra last month, replacing Vagi Boko Kora, and Pipi Raho.

Their fixtures include, a number of T20 matches for the Inter-Continental Cup and a couple of ODIs for the World Cricket League Championship.

Friday 7th to Monday 10th April, 2017- HEBOU PNG Barramundis vs UAE (ICC ICUP)
Wednesday 12th April, 2017- HEBOU PNG Barramundis vs UAE (T20I Match 1)

After a year-long absence from the national side due to injury, former Captain Jack Vare will also make his comeback in this tour.

The team will depart tomorrow for the United Arab Emirates.
