Individuals in Mt. Hagen can now enjoy the benefits of a new commercial center which was officially opened last weekend.
The project development valued at K58 million is set to meet the demands of the growing Highlands economic center.
This development is a joint venture partnership between local business Tininga and Steamships.
Newly built in the heart of Hagen Town, residents can now enjoy the delights of having a mixed use retail commercial development centre.
The Complex totals over 7 thousand square meters of lettable area consisting of four buildings, three warehouse buildings with mezzanine floors, and a supermarket building with office space above.
The design provides 144 off-street and secure car park spaces plus three 20 feet container truck parking bays.
This commercial development center is a joint venture partnership between Steamship’s property arm, Pacific Palms Properties and local business Tininga.
To celebrate the official opening of Hagen Central, a commemorative plaque was unveiled by Mrs. Margie Duckworth and Merlin Swire, as representatives of the shareholders of Tininga and Steamships.
