Department of Finance Secretary, Dr. Ken Ngangan, has urged short-term employees, contractors, members of the joint security task force and service providers to return all APEC assets.
In a notice released today, Dr. Ngangan said it is illegal for individuals to possess resources used during the APEC Summit.
This includes vehicles, buses, laptops, mobile phones and other devices acquired by the State for that purpose.
Secretary Ngangan urged everyone to return all APEC assets before the State takes action against those responsible.
He has also advised donor partners to submit the list of donations before the Department of Finance and APEC Authority carry out the asset disposal exercise.
