The family of late Ruby Anne Laufa is calling on eye witnesses to come forward.
This was announced last night at a candle light vigil at UPNG’s Fort Banner close to where she had lost her life.
The former Miss South Pacific PNG died tragically on Saturday afternoon in Port Moresby.
Her partner whom she was last seen with is in police custody.
The partner had reported the incident as a traffic incident.
