Henry Tutuwo Ame is a businessman who has been buying and exporting coffee for 17 years. He is now also a candidate for Goroka Open.
Ame says, “not much attention has been given to coffee industry though it is a sustainable cash crop which brings in revenue for the country.”
He would love to focus on coffee growers to maintain quality of coffee for sale in the world market.
One of the main factors which makes it a costly exercise to run a business in the Highlands region, is the deteriorating state of the Highlands Highway.
