BOUGAINVILLE POLICE RECRUITMENT

Chief of Bougainville Police, Francis Tokura has advised all interested applicants in the region to submit their applications to respective police station commanders in North, Central and South Bougainville to be registered and for screening process to follow.

The Chief of Police in the region said all vacancies have been advertised and he called on interested Bougainvilleans to apply.

He further said applications opened last Wednesday and will officially close on the 20th of January, 2023.

Meanwhile, Police in the region will continue their festive season operations patrolling the streets of Buka, Arawa and Buin towns respectively.

Chief Tokura said everyone has a responsibility of care to play in the community and has appealed to parents to take care and caution their teenage children of misbehaving in public places during the Christmas and New Year period. In concluding, Tokura wished everyone in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville and elsewhere season’s greetings and a safe and prosperous new year, 2023
