The Chief Secretary to Government, Manasupe Zurenuoc has commended the security forces for what he described as a “well planned out operations” in the 2012 General Elections.
The Chief Secretary made this compliments at the launch of the Police Force Review into the Election Operation in Lae on Tuesday (25/09/12).
