The National Fisheries Authority has moved to build staff capacity to ensure that officers are able to certify export documents more efficiently.
NFA Audit and Certification unit has the responsibility to certify shipments before they reach the European Union Market, and with limited number of certifying staff and increasing number of canneries, NFA needs to get on top.
