The second Pacific Minister's Forum on disabilities is being held in Papua New Guinea.
Delegates from fifteen member countries of the South Pacific Forum Secretariat arrived in Port Moresby and will discuss various issues on the disabled. Prime Minister Peter O'Neill officially opened the forum today.
