Three impact projects have been approved by the districts budgetary committee yesterday.

They are a University Centre, a memorandum of agreement with the UPNG for classes to begin next year.
A feasibility study on the town water supply system in Yangoru and Kubalia Station is to be conducted by Water PNG, while a mini hydro Project is to be carried out by PNG Power at Malabim Village in West Yangoru.
