Founding Fathers pay respect to colleague

Two Former Prime Ministers Founding Fathers of the nation, Sir Julius Chan and Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare have paid their respects in a state funeral for the late Sir Donatus Mola at the Hahela Catholic Church in Buka last Friday.

Along with the two Knights was the Parliament Speaker Hon. Theo Zurenuoc and Members of the Autonomous Bougainville Government led by yet another Founding Father, President Chief Dr. John Momis and Lady.

Returning from Buka, the three MP’s were met by members of the New Ireland Provincial Assembly including the Deputy Governor Mrs. Florence Stocken at the Kavieng airport for the Speaker and Grand Chief who continued on to Lae and Port Moresby respectively.
