Hillsong College Students Tour PNG

Fifteen students from Hillsong College in Australia arrived in PNG today, to extend God’s word through various fun activities and singing.

Their trip was organised by PNG Encounterfirst, in partnership with other line churches.

 

They will be running courses on leadership, song writing, sound engineering, and also promote their new album called ‘One Bell’.

 

They arrived at Jacksons International Airport today, with lots of fun and smiles. They were welcomed by the organisers, PNG Encounterfirst.

 

These fifteen students from Hillsong College in Australia, will tour Port Moresby, Mt Hagen and Lae.

 

On Wednesday night, they will kick off their three days live performance at the Sioni Kami Memorial Church in Port Moresby.

 

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, they will run courses on leadership, song writing, sound and light engineering. The courses are free and they are welcoming every interested person to attend.

 

A leader of PNG Encounterfirst, Robin Kawaipa, said on 28ht to the 30th of this month, they will be in Mt Hagen, and on 1st to the 3rd of May, they will be in Lae.

 

The group comprised of very talented individuals, including Raymond Badham, who contribute songs for Hillsong Gospel band, and Taga Paa of Australian famous singing competition, The Voice.

 

The group will also belt out songs in their new album called, ‘One Bell’. Their song ‘Kisim i go’, is expected to be a highlight in their tour song
